The Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich is just opposite the main railway station and at the begining of the famous Bahnhofstreet. A car park is available at 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich is located opposite the main railway station and right on the famous "Bahnhofstrasse". Zurich's exclusive boutiques, internationally known banks and various tourist attractions are all within walking distance. Only 15 min. walk to the Lake of Zurich.
Only 12 min. by direct train from the International airport Zurich-Kloten or approx. 30 min. by taxi.

DIRECTION BY TRAIN

The train station is situated on the underground level of the airport's shopping area; Within the airport always follow the sign "railway" or "Bahn";

Check for trains going to "Zürich Hauptbahnhof", they run approx. every 10 min.; The train ride to "Zurich Hauptbahnhof" (main station) takes 12 min.;Arriving at Zurich Hauptbahnhof / main station:


DIRECTION BY CAR

Highway A1 direction Zurich (green sign), afterwards always follow the Zurich City sign and stay in the left lane;

The road will lead through a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel, at the first set of traffic lights, turn left but keep in the right-hand lane, direction "City" (white sign);

At the next set of lights (next to the Hotel Marriott) turn right and stay in the right lane (you will have the river on your right hand side);

At the next set of traffic lights turn right, crossing over the bridge and keeping in the right-hand lane;

At the next set of lights (after the bridge) turn left, but keep in the right-hand lane in the direction of "Chur/Luzern" (the main station will now be on your right);

At the next set of traffic lights turn right (only possible way) and then change to the left-hand lane. On your right you will see our hotel and next to it the tram station. After the tram station, turn left and make a U-turn around the tram island and after 20 meters you will reach on the right-hand side the parking space in front of our hotel;

The parking lot in front of the hotel (3 car spaces) may only be used for unloading your luggage.

Comments

The hotel has no own parkingplace. There is a garage near to the hotel. They charge CHF 30 per day. The hotel offers a parking service (charge CHF 10). The hotel offers a internet service. Pets are allowed in the hotel. They charge CHF 20 per day. The hotel has no facilities for disabled guests.

Child Policy

Children under 12 years are staying free of charge in the parents room including breakfast. We do accept two children in one room: one baby cott and one extra bed. Unfortunately we do not have rooms with 4 beds but for this we have rooms with connceting doors.
